October 21, 2016 – Newburyport, Massachusetts – UFP Technologies, a producer of innovative, custom-engineered components, specialty packaging, and end products, announced its Newburyport, MA manufacturing facility has received AS9100C:2009 certification. This certification ensures organizations servicing the aerospace industry comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a rigorous quality management system.

Newburyport, the site of UFP’s new corporate headquarters, is the company’s second AS9100C:2009 certified location along with the Denver, CO facility. This certification furthers UFP’s commitment to be a trusted manufacturing partner to customers within the aerospace industry by providing a consistent quality management system across multiple plants.
