Clean Room Manufacturing
UFP Technologies has multiple clean room and controlled environment facilities, including ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) facilities upgradeable to ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000). We also utilize HEPA cleaning stations and monitor bioburden levels at numerous work centers for additional protection.
Within our clean room and controlled environment facilities we have the ability to compression mold, thermoform, rotary press, die cut and package medical device components, packaging and products.
