United Foam, a UFP Technologies brand, offers high speed, optically registered die cutting for plastic, paper or foam materials and laminations (foam die cutting, foam lamination die cutting). By combining the speed of die cutting with an accurate digital cutting system, United Foam can create a wide range of high volume products, such as gaskets, decorative case inserts or magnetic business cards. Optically registered die cutting can be utilized to meet unique custom requirements, including kiss cutting, tight registration graphics, creased and perforated edges and embossed areas. This technology is ideal for collectables, sporting goods, crafts, packaging, as well as loyalty and gift cards.
         
United Foam provides complete optical die cutting services, from in-house design, engineering, tooling and prototyping, to determining the best raw material for a product. With its high precision machines and industry expertise, United Foam can cut materials within +/-.001” of the target. High speed output of up to 30 cycles per minute can support large volume requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. United Foam’s die cutting area can support part dimensions up to 12” wide and 18” long, and sheet stock up to 18” wide by 40” long.
