Glass Fiber - Polypropylene

Simco Automotive works with a variety of materials that utilize a glass fiber polypropylene configuration. Special blends are available to meet your specific application.

Natural Fiber

Simco Automotive utilizes natural fiber as a base substrate in many different applications including doors, seat backs, bolsters, load floors, package trays, etc. We utilize many forms of this material in both an unconsolidated lofted form as well as a pre-consolidated form. Typically it is a 50% natural fiber (Tossa, Kanaff, Baltic, etc.) and 50% polypropylene mix. Specifically formulated materials can be custom made for your application.

Honeycomb Composites

Simco Automotive manufactures automotive components with honeycomb composites. These include load floors, panels, and many under car applications, etc. All bonding is done without adhesives thus lowering overall product costs. Strength and durability can be optimized depending upon your specific application.

Glass Fiber Composites

Simco Automotive manufactures automotive components with various glass fiber composites. These include load floors, bolsters, back panels, and many under car applications.
