United Foam has several clean room facilities (class 100,000 clean rooms upgradeable to class 10,000 clean rooms) with capabilities to manufacture and assemble protective packaging for medical device equipment and products in a sterile environment.  We also utilize HEPA cleaning stations at numerous work centers to provide additional protection against outside sources of contamination.

United Foam’s medical packaging clean room capabilities include foam fabrication, compression molding, thermoforming, die cutting, and CNC-routing.  We have expertise in cross-linked polyethylene, low volume PETG thermoforming and polyurethane film fabrication.
