CelluPlank® Polyethylene Foams

CelluPlank is a thick, single-layer extruded foam material that absorbs repeated shocks providing consistent long-term cushioning performance over a wide range of loadings.

CelluPlank®

Available in medium and high densities, CelluPlank foams are widely used for their excellent cushioning performance in end caps, corner pads, load separators, and other applications requiring the blocking and bracing of valuable or delicate products. Heavy density foam provide heavy duty cushioning and strength for high load bearing applications.

CelluPlank® LA Low Abrasion Foam

This foam is ideal for applications requiring softness, cushioning and low abrasion protection of surfaces and components. Its "delicate but durable" nature provides long-term protection with shock absorbing, vibration dampening, and insulating properties.

CelluPlank® FR & FR-As Flame-Retardant Foam

Perfect for applications where flame-retardant or flame-retardant with anti-static properties are required. CelluPlank® FR and CelluPlank® FR-AS are strong, resilient, lightweight, and consistent in performance over wide temperature ranges.

CelluPlank® E-24 Low Density/High Performance Plank Foam

Best for high volume, cost sensitive packaging applications needing light to medium weight cushioning protection. It is a cost effective packaging material with the cushioning performance of a much higher density foam.
