Extensive fabrication and thermoforming capabilities allow us to combine foam materials with a wide variety of rigid and corrugated plastics while our laminating capabilities give us the ability to adhere foam to many different types of fabrics.

Rigid Plastics

Used primarily in our thermoforming operation, United Foam has the unique ability to combine foam with thermoformed plastic enabling us to solve some of the most demanding packaging challenges.

Corrugated Plastics

Typically made of polyethylene or polypropylene and resembling corrugated cardboard, corrugated plastics offer strong structural integrity and thin walls.  They are often used in the development of returnable material handling totes and trays.
