United Foam has the capability to high-speed die cut your project. Die cutting is the stamping out of parts and custom shapes using various types of tooling and high tonnage presses to ensure dimensional accuracy. We have the ability to die cut laminated parts that consist of foam-to-fabric and foam-to-foam materials.

Heat Sealing & Welding

United Foam has the capabilities to heat seal, weld and high frequenc sonic weld your parts. Heat sealing is when two or more layers of materials are joined by sealing then with heat under pressure.

United Foam engineers will work with you to determine the best process for your application.
