United Foam is structured to serve you. We help guide you from design concept all the way to the production runs for both small and large programs. Our expert engineering staff has the knowledge and the experience to tackle any project.

Our in-house CAD/CAM tooling & prototyping capabilities allow us to build tools for manufacturing products, compression molds, vacuum formed molds, jigs, fixtures, and more. We also have an ISTA Certified Packaging Laboratory that compiles with the safety standards of the International Safe Transit Association.
