Tooling Servics

With United Thermoforming’s in-house tooling department, your approved product design can be machined on one of our CNC machining centers for quick turnaround. Our seasoned experts use MasterCam software to produce your custom thermoformed package directly from the solid models. If your mold needs modifications, we have the ability to make the changes quickly and keep true to your project’s timeline. Our designers work closely with the tooling engineers from the start to ensure that your thermoformed package tolerances and performance are understood and met. Your molds, and dies, will be continually maintained to produce the highest quality product possible.

 

Die Shop

United Thermoforming’s in-house die shop provides us with the control we need to satisfy the quality trim work you expect. Our skilled die makers produce top quality cutting dies for your precision cutting, even on prototype tooling. The ability for fast turnaround keeps your project on time and your costs down. United Thermoforming is committed to process improvement. Our in-house tooling and die capabilities allow us the flexibility to continually make improvements without sacrificing your delivery date.
