Tri-Covers®

Tri-Covers® is a high purity foam cap designed to block and protect sanitary ends. They securely lock in place following clean-out-of-place (COP) procedures and can be installed and removed with ease using one hand.

Tri-Covers is made from inert, particulate free, and UV stable cross-linked polyethylene foam. The foam material is also FDA approved and is USP Class VI grade.

Tri-Covers fit industry standard BPE ends of flex hoses, transfer panels, gas lines as well as other ferrules. They are reusable and come in several colors for easy identification of sizes and hoses.

Material Properties

Made from a high purity, FDA-approved cross-linked polyethylene, Tri-Covers inhibit mold and bacteria growth. Nitrogen is the only blowing agent used when the foam is made. No greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide or ozone depleting materials, such as CFCs or HCFCs, are introduced in the process.
