We are accepting applications for Packer positions on both our day & night Monday - Thursday shift. This position has an alternating workweek schedule of 36 & 48 hours. 

DAY HOURS:

Week 1- Monday through Wednesday – 5am-5pm = 36-hour workweek

Week 2 - Monday through Thursday – 5am-5pm = 48-hour workweek

NIGHT HOURS

Week 1- Monday through Wednesday – 5pm-5am = 36-hour workweek

Week 2 - Monday through Thursday – 5pm-5am = 48-hour workweek

 

Starting hourly pay for this position between $11.00 - $13.00 based on position, experience and shift.  Wage increases for developmental milestones are anywhere from 120 days to one year, however, may be sooner given experience and drive! $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

To be considered, you must have a high school diploma, GED, or one-year prior work experience. Applicants will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. Strong attention to detail and following directions is a must in these positions.

As an Inspector / Packer, you are required to stand for long periods of time, walk, stoop, use hands to pack boxes and/or lift boxes, as well as stretch and reach with arms extended.  Employees regularly will lift to 20 pounds and up to 40 pounds with assistance. This is a production environment, so employees are exposed to moving mechanical parts, fluctuating temperatures and a louder noise level.
