UFP Technologies is a producer of innovative custom-engineered components, products, and specialty packaging. Details: 

Starting hourly pay varies from $11 - $13.00 depending on shift, position and experience. Wage increases for developmental milestones at anywhere from 120 days to one year, however may be sooner given experience and drive!

To be considered, you must have a high school diploma, GED, or one-year prior work experience. Applicants will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. Strong attention to detail and following directions is a must in these positions.

As an Operator, you are required to stand for long periods of time, walk, stoop, use hands to pack boxes and/or lift boxes, as well as stretch and reach with arms extended. Employees regularly will lift between 20-40 pounds with assistance. The position requires the ability to both talk and hear. In the production environment, the position is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fluctuating temperatures and increased noise levels.
