Protective Cases & Inserts
UFP Technologies specializes in designing and fabricating protective case and foam insert solutions. Our precision fabricating capabilities, protective packaging design expertise and access to wide range of protective cases and packaging foams provide you with a complete protective case and insert provider.
We offer a depth of fabrication capabilities ranging from CNC routing, water-jet cutting and die-cutting to create the most precise case insert. UFP Technologies also offers complete turn-key solutions. We will design your protective case and insert solution, fabricate the insert, assembly the packaging solution, insert your product into the complete case and ship it to your required destination.
Material Handling
As an innovative designer and manufacturer of custom packaging systems, UFP Technologies has the expertise to develop returnable and reusable packaging systems used for material handling. Material handling packaging systems are most commonly used for inter- and intra- plant transfer and shipments where shock and vibration protection along with characteristics such as ESD control or class A surface protection are important.
