Cleanroom Manufacturing: We have multiple cleanroom and controlled environment facilities, including ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) facilities upgradeable to ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000). We also utilize HEPA cleaning stations at numerous work centers for additional protection. Within our cleanroom facilities we have multiple manufacturing capabilities.
Contract Manufacturing: Rely on us to manufacture your close tolerance medical products, components, and packaging. Anything you need, we can deliver.
Fabrication: Our capabilities include compression molding, die-cutting, CNC-routing, flame and adhesive laminating, heat sealing, contour cutting, and many more.
Thermoforming: Our unique ability to combine rigid plastics and foams allows us to transform simple thermoformed trays and packages into highly protective cushioned packaging for medical devices.
RF Welding: RF welding (or high frequency welding) is the process of bonding together materials through the use of electromagnetic energy. We have the manufacturing capabilities to perform RF welding on various types of rigid plastics, films and medical grade foams.
Medical Manufacturing Locations: UFP Technologies has six manufacturing facilities throughout the country that are ISO 13485:2003 certified which house multiple ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) and ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom facilities.
