The product would need to be fabricated in a way that maintained the integrity and acoustics of the foam while also being aesthetically pleasing.

With over 50 years of experience designing and fabricating custom foam components and parts, UFP Technologies was able to custom engineer and produce a spherical foam cover, constructed from a polyurethane open cell foam compound. A unique fabrication method was used to improve the aesthetics and give the product a professional look and feel. To prolong the life of the foam and mask minor blemishes a water based latex coating was applied.
