Class 100,000 Clean Room: Foam Fabrication

UFP Technologies’ El Paso, Texas facility provides clean room foam fabrication and packaging solutions for many leading medical, electronic, automotive and optical device manufacturers. This facility has clean rooms certified to ISO CLASS 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) with the ability to assemble and fabricate within these controlled environments.

The Class 100,000 clean room has on-site machining, assembly and fabrication capabilities where contamination control is key.

Operating within stringent regulations, we are able to process orders requiring additional services that include intricate die-cutting machining and product assembly within this sterile, clean room environment. We utilize these capabilities to custom fabricate foam packaging, components and products for many leading medical device manufacturing companies. Various medical grade-foams, such as cross-linked polyethylenes and polyurethanes are processed at this location. The Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean room also assembles sterile barrier medical packaging for
leading orthopedic and surgical manufacturers.
