All of these materials come in a variety of colors and can be combined to create a two color shadow box design.  UFP Technologies’ foam tool organizers feature a one piece routed construction with either multiple cavity depths or a water-jet cut with part numbers in a pocket user friendly fit.  The organizer’s fine closed cell structured materials are durable, non-abrasive, and of a high tear strength, while also chemically and moisture resistant.

UFP Technologies can also enhance the organization and accuracy of the tools through its ability to add part numbers, names, or instructions to the inserts via its patented processes.   In most cases, UFP Technologies uses its water-jet cutting or CNC routing fabrication capabilities to create these tool control solutions.  Both of these fabrication methods require no expensive tools and allow for quick changes to be made during production.
